AccuDose RMC cellular lift station monitoring controller
Live System Demos
See the full AccuDose RMC lineup running live — real telemetry, real dashboard, real alarms. Not slides. Not videos. The actual system working in front of you.
No SCADA. No Complexity.
AccuDose connects over LTE-M cellular with a built-in global SIM. No local networking, no gateway hardware, no IT department. Just install it and walk away connected.
A Fraction of the Cost
Traditional monitoring systems run tens of thousands per site. AccuDose delivers the same real-time visibility, alarms, and control at a fraction of the price — with a lifetime warranty.
Talk Directly to the Team
You’ll speak directly with the people who build the product. Bring your toughest application — we’ll tell you exactly what works and what doesn’t.
White Label Program
Distributor or integrator? Ask about our white label program. Full private-label monitoring systems under your brand, backed by AccuDose hardware and cloud infrastructure.
Dual-Core Cellular — Standard
Every AccuDose unit ships with dual-core SIM technology — two independent cellular cores for 99.95% uptime. Not an upgrade. Not a premium tier. Built in, standard, on every unit.

AccuDose V3 — Now With Built-In AI

We didn’t add AI because it’s what’s selling. We added it where the work was already there to be done — pattern recognition across fleet data, language access to telemetry, and generation of compliance documents. Where AI didn’t help, we didn’t use it.

AccuDose I/I Detection AI inflow infiltration fleet monitoring
Feature 01
I/I Detection

Fleet-scale inflow and infiltration analysis running continuously across every site. Every station gets a severity score. Stormwater and groundwater infiltration tracked separately. Know your worst contributors before budget season — not after a consultant visit.

Continuous fleet-wide analysis
Per-site severity scoring
Stormwater vs. groundwater separated
AccuDose Fleet Chat AI plain language telemetry access
Feature 02
Fleet Chat

Ask your fleet anything in plain language. Connected directly to live telemetry — every pump state, every alarm, every runtime across your system. It doesn’t just retrieve data. It reasons about it. If you’ve used a phone, you can use Fleet Chat. No training required.

AccuDose AI-generated EPA compliance reports SSO DMR
Feature 03
AI-Generated EPA Reports

SSO notifications. Discharge Monitoring Reports. I/I assessments. Generated automatically from operational data — formatted the way your state agency requires. What takes an operator three hours takes the system ten seconds. Every report, every time, consistent.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you’d want to know before visiting Booth 8057 — or before picking up the phone.

How long does a typical AccuDose installation take?
Most installations are completed in under two hours per site. The unit mounts in your existing panel, wires to your inputs, and connects to the cloud automatically over cellular. No IT, no networking, no outside contractor required. Your own crew can do it.
What cellular carriers does AccuDose work on?
Every AccuDose unit ships with a built-in global SIM that automatically connects to the strongest available signal across Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. You don’t choose a carrier — the device does it for you based on what’s available at your site.
What happens if the cellular network goes down?
Every AccuDose unit includes dual-core SIM technology — two fully independent cellular cores in a single SIM card. If the primary core experiences an outage, the device automatically fails over to the backup core with no interruption to data transmission or alarm delivery. The result is 99.95% uptime by design.
Do you offer white label or private label options?
Yes. AccuDose offers a full white label program for distributors and OEM partners. Your brand, your packaging, backed by AccuDose hardware and cloud infrastructure. Come talk to us at Booth 8057 — that’s exactly the kind of conversation we want to have at WEFTEC.
What’s included in the server plan?
The server plan covers cellular data service, cloud platform access, SMS and email alarm delivery, firmware updates, and technical support — for the full term of the plan. Plans are available in 3-year and 5-year terms. No surprise fees, no per-alarm charges, and no annual price increases.
How is AccuDose different from SCADA?
Traditional SCADA systems require local networking infrastructure, dedicated servers, licensed software packages, and specialized integrators. AccuDose connects directly to the cloud over cellular — no local network, no server room, no annual software licensing. Installation is done by your own crew in hours, not weeks.
Can AccuDose integrate with our existing panel?
Yes. AccuDose controllers are designed to retrofit into existing control panels. Digital inputs wire to dry contact signals — pump run, alarms, float switches, power fail. Analog inputs accept standard 4-20mA signals from level sensors, pressure transducers, flow meters, and current transducers. In most cases, no modifications to existing equipment are needed.
What kind of support do you provide after installation?
Technical support is included in every server plan. You reach the AccuDose team directly — not a call center, not a ticketing queue. Call us at 866-310-1055. Firmware updates are pushed automatically over cellular and are free for the life of your system. The lifetime warranty covers hardware defects for as long as you own the unit.
