About the ADR-1000

The ADR-1000 is a non-contact radar level measurement instrument designed for accurate monitoring of liquid levels in tanks, wet wells, and storage vessels. Radar technology provides stable level measurement regardless of foam, vapor, or turbulence conditions — common in wastewater and industrial process applications.

The sensor transmits a 4–20mA analog output signal that connects directly to any AccuDose RMC monitoring platform, delivering continuous real-time level data and enabling alarm notifications based on configurable high and low level setpoints.

Typical Applications
  • Wet well level monitoring at lift stations and pump stations
  • Water storage tank level measurement and trending
  • Reservoir and holding pond level monitoring
  • Chemical storage tank level and low-level alarms
  • Industrial process vessel level measurement
Measurement Advantages
  • No process contact — sensor does not touch the liquid surface
  • Unaffected by foam, vapors, or surface turbulence
  • No moving parts — low maintenance requirements
  • Stable measurement in H₂S and corrosive atmospheres
  • Compatible with all AccuDose RMC platforms via 4–20mA input
Overview

AccuDose Monitoring Platform

The AccuDose monitoring platform is a cellular-based remote monitoring and control system designed for operators managing distributed infrastructure across multiple remote sites. The platform collects real-time data from field instrumentation and equipment status signals, transmits that data over cellular networks, and delivers alarm notifications and historical trending through a cloud-based monitoring dashboard.

AccuDose systems eliminate the need for complex SCADA infrastructure, dedicated communication networks, or on-site computing equipment. The platform is widely deployed across municipal water and wastewater systems, industrial facilities, and remote infrastructure applications including lift stations, tank sites, wells, pump stations, and distributed equipment monitoring.

System Architecture

How the System Works

The AccuDose monitoring system operates in four stages — from field instrumentation through cellular transmission to cloud monitoring and operator notification.

01
Field Instrumentation
Sensors and equipment signals connect directly to the AccuDose monitoring platform using analog (4–20mA) or digital (dry contact) inputs. No signal conditioning is required for most standard instrumentation.

02
AccuDose Monitoring Platform
The RMC platform acquires data from connected instrumentation, evaluates alarm conditions, logs historical data, and manages cellular communication. Units are configured through the cloud platform — no on-site programming required.

03
Cellular Connectivity
All AccuDose systems include an integrated global SIM card that connects to major cellular networks. The system automatically selects the strongest available carrier signal.

Platform Advantages

Why AccuDose Monitoring Systems

The AccuDose platform delivers the monitoring capabilities operators require at a fraction of the cost and complexity of traditional remote monitoring systems.

01
Cellular-Based Architecture
Integrated LTE-M cellular eliminates the need for on-site network infrastructure, radio communication systems, or dedicated communication lines. Sites connect immediately upon power-up.
02
Rapid Deployment
Plug-and-play installation allows sites to be commissioned in minutes rather than weeks. No specialist contractors, programming, or system integration work is required.
03
Real-Time Alarm Notifications
Alarm conditions are detected and transmitted immediately. Operators receive notifications via SMS or email within seconds of an alarm event, enabling rapid response before conditions escalate.
04
Scalable Monitoring
Additional sites are added to the same monitoring platform without infrastructure changes. All sites share the same dashboard, alarm configuration, and reporting tools regardless of network size.
05
Lower Infrastructure Cost
AccuDose systems cost 90% less than traditional SCADA deployments and 60% less than competing standalone cellular monitors, with no infrastructure investment or licensing fees.
06
Lifetime Hardware Warranty
Every AccuDose monitoring platform ships with a lifetime hardware warranty. Industrial-grade NEMA 4X / IP67 enclosures are designed for long-term deployment in harsh field environments.
