Lift Station Performance Monitoring Package

The Lift Station Performance Monitoring Package is a pre-configured monitoring and control solution designed for standard duplex lift stations. Powered by the RMC-2000 cellular monitoring system, the package includes an ADR-1000 non-contact radar level sensor and two current sensors for continuous pump current monitoring, enabling proactive preventive maintenance by identifying pump inefficiencies and abnormal operating conditions before failures occur.
 
The system supports wet well level monitoring with automatic and manual pump control, along with monitoring of flow, current, pressure, pump status, high-level float alarms, power fail, and additional alarm conditions. It delivers true real-time data with instantaneous reporting down to 0.1% analog resolution and operates over a cellular network supporting all major ISP carriers.
 
This package includes a 3-year server plan, providing access to a secure, dedicated server account with real-time data visibility, historical trending, and alert notifications via text message, email, and phone call. Server plans are renewed every 3 or 5 years (depending on the plan selected), with the option to upgrade to a 5-year plan. Users are automatically notified when a renewal is approaching to ensure uninterrupted service.
