SMS Alarm Notifications
A core feature of AccuDose’s monitoring service is the delivery of alarm and event notifications via SMS (text message) to phone numbers configured in your AccuDose Portal account. These are transactional service messages, not marketing communications. Message frequency varies based on the number of monitored sites, alarm thresholds configured, and real-time site conditions — you may receive multiple messages per day during active alarm events. Message and data rates may apply. To update or remove a mobile number from alarm notifications, log in to the AccuDose Portal or contact support at info@accu-dose.com.
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Name, organization name, job title, email address, phone number, and billing address when creating an AccuDose Portal account or placing an order
- Contact and inquiry information: Name, email, phone number, and message content when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or reach out via email or phone
- Payment information: Billing details for hardware purchases and server plan fees. AccuDose does not store full credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors
- Configuration data: Alarm setpoints, notification recipient lists, site names, input labels, and dashboard preferences entered into the AccuDose Portal
- Support communications: Content of emails, phone calls, and support tickets submitted to AccuDose technical support
B. Operational Telemetry Data
AccuDose hardware devices transmit operational data from your monitored sites over cellular networks to the AccuDose cloud platform. This telemetry data includes:
- Digital input states (pump run status, float switch positions, alarm contacts, power status)
- Analog input readings (4–20mA sensor values for level, pressure, flow, current, and other process variables)
- Digital output states and relay activation events
- Device connectivity status, signal strength, and heartbeat transmissions
- Timestamps and event logs associated with all recorded data points
- Firmware version and device health diagnostics
This telemetry data is associated with your account and hardware units. It does not typically contain personal information unless you configure input labels or site names to include personally identifiable details.
C. Website and Portal Usage Data
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and click paths on accu-dose.com and the AccuDose Portal
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 7
- Google Analytics data including geographic region and session behavior (anonymized)
D. Information from Third Parties
- Business contact information from government procurement databases including SAM.gov and EPA ECHO, used for outreach to municipal utilities
- Information provided by your organization’s designated account administrators on behalf of your team
