OptiFlow
Optimize Flow Traffic.

Intelligent storage & flow optimization for wastewater

OptiFlow turns the wet wells already in your collection system into a single, coordinated equalization resource. By managing distributed storage and deferring pumping in real time, it reduces overflows and emergency risk in wet weather — and optimizes forcemain capacity, pump efficiency, and energy use every day.

Runs on RMC-2000 / RMC-2000i

Before building new equalization capacity…
Are you fully using the storage you already have? No new tanks. No new basins. Just the capacity you already own, working together.
Value in Every Condition

Coordinated pumping is the method.
Storage and capacity optimization is the result.

Wet Weather

When the system is under stress

Storm-day mode
Overflow abatement
Coordinate distributed storage to hold flow back from the points most likely to spill.
Emergency storage utilization
Put every available wet well to work as surge capacity when it matters most.
Storm readiness
Draw the network down ahead of a forecast event so the system enters the storm with room to spare.
Dry Weather

Every single day

Daily-operations mode
Capacity optimization
Stagger discharge so the forcemain carries more effective flow at lower pressure.
Energy savings
Keep pumps operating closer to their best efficiency point, more often.
Improved pump efficiency
Fewer simultaneous starts and lower operating pressure across the network.
Infrastructure deferral
Get more from the assets you have and defer capital spend on new equalization.
Two System Types OptiFlow Manages

Manifold and series configurations — both coordinated

OptiFlow works with the way your collection system is already laid out. No new infrastructure required.

Shared Forcemain

Manifold systems

Multiple stations, one forcemain. OptiFlow defers and staggers discharge so the wet wells equalize flow into the main at lower pressure and higher effective capacity.

Stations in Sequence

Series systems

Stations in sequence. OptiFlow uses upstream wet wells as coordinated storage, holding flow back from a constrained or failed downstream station instead of spilling.

How It Works

Four steps from stations in isolation to a coordinated network

01

Stations connect over cellular

Each station runs on the AccuDose RMC platform with LTE-M cellular. No master radios, no line-of-sight, no repeaters, no spectrum licensing.

02

Stations share status in real time

Wet-well level, pump status, and flow are shared across the network and the cloud — so every station is aware of what its neighbors are doing.

03

OptiFlow manages distributed storage

Pumping is deferred and staggered so upstream wet wells hold flow as equalization storage instead of discharging on local floats. The collection system becomes one coordinated storage resource.

04

The system equalizes and draws down

OptiFlow draws the network down in a controlled sequence, keeping pumps near their best efficiency point and returning storage to a ready state for the next peak or storm.

Why OptiFlow

The legacy approach hasn’t worked.
OptiFlow does.

Existing Legacy Systems

  • Master/slave radios need line-of-sight and repeaters
  • Radio spectrum licensing and specialist integrators
  • Heavy upfront infrastructure cost
  • Coverage limited to radio range
  • Every new station is a new project
  • Hardware warranties expire in 1 to 3 years

OptiFlow by AccuDose

  • Cellular reach — no line-of-sight, no repeaters
  • No radio licensing, no integrator required
  • Plug-and-play install in under an hour
  • Turn existing wet-well storage into system-wide equalization
  • Add a station in minutes on the same platform
  • Lifetime hardware warranty on every unit
Built to Pair With the AccuDose AI Suite

OptiFlow makes the response. AI sees what’s coming.

I/I Detection flags the inflow and infiltration event. OptiFlow coordinates the response. Fleet Chat and AI-generated EPA reports complete the picture — so the network anticipates instead of only reacting.
