To ensure that all deletion requests are legitimate and authorized, we require users to complete an Account Deletion Form, which will be provided directly upon request.

To begin the process:

1. Call our support team at 866-310-1055 to request account deletion.

2. We will then send you a secure Account Deletion Form.

3. Complete and submit the form for verification and processing.

Once your submission is received and verified, your account will be permanently deleted.
